Chelsea have  reportedly scouted Lazio midfielder Milinkovic-Savic . The Lazio midfielder is already considered as "Frank Lampard's  " Heir at Chelsea FC. The Serbian Central Midfielder has been  key player for Lazio over the last few seasons. Savic has also emerged as a prime target for the likes of Juventus, Manchester United, Inter Milan and Real Madrid.  Chelsea has been blessed with a strong midfield with Kovacic and Jorginho putting up impressive performances whereas Ross Barkley and N Golo Kante are expected to return shortly after recovering from minor injuries Another midfield option Ruben Loftus Cheek is expected to return by mid of November after being sidelined due to ruptured achilles tendon since May 2019

The 24 year old  Milinkovic-Savic is 6'3 with lot of strength and power to steer through the mididfield. The midfielder is also known for his impressive work rate and is quick and strong in attack as well as the defence .Savic is aerially strong and has an average of winning 4.1 headers this season in the league each game. Milinkovic-Savic is also Offensively strong possessing the ability to pick out teammates with through balls while also having a good accuracy while  shooting from long range.He would be a good addition to the Chelsea team adding depth and variety to the squad
