Chelsea 0 West Ham 1 Match review

Chelsea suffered a shock 1-0 defeat  to a struggling West Ham United side in a London Derby at Stamford Bridge. Frank Lampard decided to make 5 changes to his side that drew against Valencia. Giroud made his first premier league start in over 3 months as Tammy was left out on bench due to an injury  . Chelsea started off well with Christian Pulisic and  Mason Mount making impressive runs through the West ham defence soon the intensity dropped which gave West Ham an opportunity to get in behind Chelsea defence the visitors almost took the lead early on in the game but Kepa pulled off an exceptional save to deny Antonio
However visitors did take the lead later on in the game after a momentary lapse of concentration for Reece James allowed Cresswell to cut back and slide the ball far right corner past Kepa. The Visitors almost doubled their lead after a goal from Antonio was denied by the VAR. Chelsea gave it their all and tried everything they could but lacked the creative edge to move past West Ham defenders as they to held onto the lead with an impressive performance  The question arises is there enough quality on the Chelsea bench for Frank Lampard to shuffle? as we head into another busy month of  English and European Football
